Our ear wax removal service includes an ear health assessment of your outer ear, ear canal and eardrum for both ears; this includes a clinical discussion around your individual health needs in order to create a bespoke treatment plan for you.

Help When You Need It

As well as daytime clinics, we offer a Monday late night clinic for those with work, college and school commitments. With prior arrangement, we can provide a mobile service for businesses, care homes and individuals with mobility needs. We will always endeavour to provide you with this service when you need it most.

Helen Chell

Registered Nurse Ear Clinician

Helen is an experienced nurse and qualified teacher. She has worked in the NHS and private sector in different nursing roles including recovery nursing and clinical education, nursing adults and children and teaching students and staff. Helen has experience nursing patients undertaking ear, nose and throat surgery and is a trained ear clinician providing safe ear wax removal and ear health assessments.  Helen has a special interest in nursing people with learning disabilities.

Serena Tickle

Registered Nurse Ear Clinician

Serena is an experienced NHS recovery nurse, having worked with adults and children undergoing surgical procedures including ear, nose and throat surgeries, before changing direction to become a lecturer in Nursing. Serena’s work in various healthcare areas, including immunisation clinics, has developed her eye for detail and patient safety. With her experience in lecturing, Serena is able to explain concepts to all patients, no matter their age or ability, and make them feel comfortable and relaxed.
