We offer fair pricing, and will never charge you for wax removal if it’s not needed. We use video otoscope technology so we can show you exactly what’s going on in your ears before and after, and if nothing needs doing, we’ll just charge our base consultation price of £20.

Helen Chell
Registered NurseHelen is an experienced nurse and qualified teacher. She currently works in the NHS and private sector in different nursing roles including recovery nursing and previously clinical education, nursing adults and children and teaching students and staff. Helen has experience nursing patients undertaking ear, nose and throat surgery and is a trained ear clinician providing safe ear wax removal and ear health assessments as well as providing advanced cryotherapy treatments. Helen has a special interest in nursing people with learning disabilities.
