Our Wigan clinic is located at Spa Butterfly, inside the popular Fitness First Gym on Stadium Way next to the DW stadium. Situated right in the heart of Wigan, the clinic room is modern, comfortable, disability accessible. You’ll be warmly welcomed by the friendly spa reception staff on arrival.
Preparing for Your Ear Wax Removal Appointment
- Olive oil drops or spray: Please use olive oil ear drops or spray in both ears 2–3 times a day for up to 5 days before your appointment. This softens the wax and gives the best possible chance of successful removal on the day.
- Consent form: If you provide a mobile number when booking, we will send your consent form in advance via text message. Please complete it before your appointment. If you need help completing it, your nurse will assist you on the day.
- Arrival time: Please arrive in plenty of time to help ensure the smooth running of the clinic and let one of the Spa staff know at the Spa Reception within the gym.

- Free parking is available in front of Fitness First Gym. Please ensure you input your car registration details on the iPad at the Gym Reception upon arrival to avoid any fines.
